Coastguard volunteers help maintain the Valley Creek Estuary

Our Purpose
The Soroptimist International of Port Angeles (SIPA) Noon Club established the Foundation to serve and support the needs of the Port Angeles community. The Foundation rasies funds, accepts donations, and allocates contributions to charitable projects and causes. The Foundation is a charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Valley Creek Estuary
A major project of the SIPA Noon Club foundation has been the restoration and maintenance of the Valley Creek Estuary. Soroptimist members, with assistance from volunteers from the community, perform regular weeding and maintenance of the Estuary.

Buy a Brick
You can own a piece of the walk at the Estuary! Your contribution will be a permanent recognition of your support for the Valley Creek Estuary project. A $30.00 donation will entitle you to own one inscribed brick. Please Contact Us to purchase a brick.

Walk the Rock
This Foundation project "walked" the DAR Memorial Rock from its former location on Lauridsen Boulevard to a more suitable location at the Valley Creek Estuary. The project was concluded with a Dedication ceremony in August of 2007.
